"LIGHT the WORLD"
Since a new star first appeared above Bethlehem, Christmas has been a season of light, reminding us that Jesus Christ is the light of the world. Together, we can celebrate His birth by making the world a brighter place. All we have to do is follow Him -- His life, His example and His teachings. In doing so, we can help "LIGHT the WORLD"
Dec. 1- LIGHT the WORLD

Jesus Lifted Others' Burdens and So Can You
My service today for the Worldwide Christmas initiative -- just the beginning of 25 days of service. I am soooo excited. The 1st picture is of me and MuNaw - one of our Karen girls. I have been helping her get a job at McDonalds and today I took her to her orientation and she starts working next week ---- so exciting. After that I dashed to my apartment complex where the Baptist Church (residents who live there) were assembling and wrapping gifts in show boxes for Karen children who live in our area. Our missionary couples have donated a lot toward these boxes. It was fun to go help wrap and enjoy their company. 45 boxes --- I love my mission. (I only put up three pictures from the wrapping project)
